Syed Muhammad Nehal Hashmi, Governor of Sindh, has announced the launch of a free Artificial Intelligence Summer Camp for students during the upcoming summer vacations, aimed at equipping young people with modern digital and technological skills.
Addressing a press conference at the Governor House, Karachi, the governor said the initiative is designed to prepare students for future challenges by providing practical, hands-on training in artificial intelligence at no cost.
He said the programme will focus on introducing AI concepts in a simple and accessible manner, adding that even children familiar with basic smartphone usage can learn artificial intelligence with proper guidance and structured instruction.
The announcement was made in the presence of Fahad Haroon, Minister of State and Special Assistant to the Prime Minister, along with Daniyal Nagori and other officials.
