Honor has unveiled a new high-wattage laptop charger, the Honor WIN 360W GaN Adapter, during its latest gaming-focused product launch in China.
Priced at $75, the charger was introduced alongside Honor’s new gaming laptops, including the WIN H9, and is positioned as a standalone accessory rather than a bundled add-on.
Designed for high-performance gaming laptops
The WIN 360W GaN Adapter is primarily designed for Honor’s WIN H9 gaming laptop but may also support other compatible high-power laptops. Unlike most modern chargers, it uses a traditional DC barrel connector instead of USB-C.
Honor has not announced any official adapters for USB-C conversion, though third-party solutions may be available. The charger measures 85 × 85 × 33 mm and weighs around 420 grams, reflecting its high-power output and cooling requirements.

Power delivery and materials
With a maximum output of 360 watts, the adapter ranks among the most powerful laptop chargers currently available to consumers.
Honor said the charger uses a combination of gallium nitride (GaN) and silicon carbide (SiC) materials—technologies typically found in premium and industrial-grade power solutions. These materials are known for improving power efficiency, managing heat more effectively, and reducing overall charger size compared to traditional silicon-based designs.
The company also referenced the use of automotive-grade technology, though it did not provide technical details. The claim likely relates to enhanced durability or sustained thermal stability during prolonged high-load gaming sessions.
Sold separately
Honor is offering the WIN 360W GaN Adapter as a separate purchase, allowing users to buy it as a replacement unit or secondary charger for travel, provided their laptop supports the required power input.
The launch highlights Honor’s growing focus on gaming hardware and high-performance accessories as competition intensifies in the gaming laptop segment.
