A man allegedly attempted to rape his minor cousin and then killed him by throwing him into a canal in Pakpattan.
The deceased was in the first grade at the time of his death. The suspect has been apprehended by the police.
Before the police, the accused confessed to killing his little cousin, but he has yet to testify in a court of law.
It is unclear whether or not the body was recovered from the canal.
