In response to the invitation, the Specialized Health Department has circulated a directive to all government teaching hospitals in Punjab. Hospital heads have been asked to inform interested doctors and medical staff about the opportunity to work in Brunei.

The circular specifies that Brunei is looking for specialists in Medicine, Critical Care, Neonatology, Hematology, Rheumatology, and Urology. The vacancies also include positions for Senior Medical Officers, Medical Officers, and Women Medical Officers.
