ISLAMABAD: Islamabad High Court (IHC) Chief Justice Athar Minallah has decided to begin streaming the high court’s judicial proceedings live.
The IHC’s IT department installed cameras and a live streaming system in Justice Minallah’s court in accordance with the orders. For trial purposes, today’s judicial proceedings will be streamed live on a limited scale.
The IHC lifts the travel ban on former Prime Minister Imran Khan’s aides Shahbaz Gill and Shahzad Akbar, among others.
Following the successful conclusion of the trial, live streaming will be made available on the IHC’s official website.
Meanwhile, Justice Minallah solicited feedback from court reporters and directed the IHC’s journalists association to assist in making the experience more pleasant.
