The annual ranking provides travelers with an authoritative guide to airline reliability and service quality.
This year, Qatar Airways leads the list, while other major carriers from the UAE, UK, Australia, and Europe also performed strongly, reflecting global improvements in aviation standards.

1. Qatar Airways
Qatar Airways has reclaimed its position as the world’s best airline in the AirHelp Score 2025, earning an overall rating of 8.16. The Doha-based carrier scored 9.1 for customer satisfaction, highlighting its premium Qsuites, exceptional service, and efficient handling of passenger needs.
2. Etihad Airways
Abu Dhabi’s Etihad Airways climbed nine positions to take second place with a score of 8.07. The airline was praised for its calm cabin environment, attentive service, and sustainability initiatives, maintaining a reputation for reliability and passenger comfort.
3. Virgin Atlantic
The UK’s Virgin Atlantic rose 27 spots to finish third with an overall score of 8.03. Passengers commended the airline for its friendly cabin crew, high service quality, and modern, mood-lit interiors that enhance the travel experience.
4. Qantas

10. LOT Polish Airlines
