Former information minister and senior PTI leader Fawad Chaudhry made a big confession on Thursday, saying that the PTI government was removed because of its strained ties with the establishment.
The former information minister revealed to a private TV channel on Wednesday night that the PTI government’s relations with the establishment began to deteriorate a few months ago.
Fawad Chaudhry claimed that the previous PTI government tried hard but failed to repair ties with the establishment.
He claimed that former Prime Minister Imran Khan never considered appointing Lt-Gen Faiz Hameed as Chief of Army Staff.
Fawad claimed that Imran did not plan for so long because ‘he is not a conspirator, nor does he have the capacity to hatch a conspiracy.’
