The Faisalabad Development Authority (FDA) has speeded up its crackdown on illegal housing schemes by demolishing unauthorized structures and sealing on-site sale offices of five unapproved colonies along Narwala Road, Canal Road, and Chak No. 208-RB.
According to a spokesperson for the FDA, the operation was carried out under the supervision of Director Town Planning Asma Mohsin, while the enforcement team, led by Estate Officer Aneeb Aslam Randhawa, took action against several illegal developments.
During the inspection, the team discovered that multiple housing schemes were involved in unlawful extensions and violations of approved planning regulations.

The schemes operating without approval included Model City-I Extension Block, Model City Executive Block, and Noor Executive Block at Chak No. 208-RB, Al-Buraq Valley at Chak No. 214-JB Narwala Road, and Al-Noor City at Chak No. 218-JB.
The FDA enforcement team demolished boundary walls, gates, and other unauthorized constructions, in addition to sealing their sales offices.
The spokesperson warned developers to immediately stop all illegal activities, stressing that any future violations of planning or land-use laws would lead to criminal proceedings.
