A Dolphin Force officer was injured in a shootout with suspected criminals on Wednesday near Shaukat Khanum Hospital in Lahore.
According to police, when the Dolphin Force arrived on the scene, the dacoits on motorcycles were busy looting citizens near the hospital.
As a result, they opened fire on the Dolphin Force, critically injuring an officer who was struck twice in the chest.
Additionally, a hotel employee was injured during the exchange of fire between the police and the dacoits.
Additional investigation into the incident was being conducted.
