Dubai ruler Sheikh Mohammed launches new book.
His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, has released the first volume of his new book, Life Taught Me.
The book, which consists of 35 chapters, highlights key milestones from Sheikh Mohammed’s six-decade journey in public service, offering insights into his philosophy on leadership, governance, and life. It is designed to serve as a valuable reference for both current and future generations.
60 years of service
In the preface, Sheikh Mohammed reflects on nearly 60 years of service to the nation, describing them as years filled with both challenges and triumphs, friendships and rivalries, and personal losses and national achievements. He shared:
“In a few years, I will have completed six decades in public work. They were years in which I lost loved ones but also gained a great family, good citizens, and a country that became the focus of the world’s attention.”
