Following defections by ruling Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) members of the National Assembly (MNAs) at the Center and resignations by two federal ministers from the Muttahida Qaumi Movement-Pakistan (MQM-P) just yesterday, on Wednesday (March 30, 2022), a similar trend is being observed in Balochistan, where Provincial Minister Mubeen Khilji has reportedly expressed his desire to join the JUI.
According to the TV channel’s sources, the JUI’s regional leadership has informed Khilji that their decision will be communicated to him following consultations.
Mubeen Khilji was elected to the Balochistan Assembly on a PTI ticket in the 2018 general election.
