As removed from Raees Poster, Mahira Khan reacts with laughter.
Renowned Pakistani superstar Mahira Khan recently gave an interview to popular host Maleeha Rehman during the promotion of her upcoming film Love Guru, where she revealed how she actually reacted to finding herself erased from the Bollywood movie Raees’s poster.
Talking about the same, the star lauded, “I swear to God, I didn’t feel bad about it, even for a second. I actually laughed about it.”
During the engrossing session at the interview, the host enquired of Mahira Khan regarding her feelings and reaction to the removal of her picture from the film’s poster following the latest tension between India and Pakistan; however, while responding, the female star claimed that it did not bother her for a moment even.
Mahira Khan added that she thinks it was a very silly and small thing that the Bollywood Industry has done by removing her picture from the poster.
Actor Humayun Saeed, sitting beside her, approved her words and said, “Yeah, it was a very funny thing, and we can just laugh at it.”
It is important to note here that previously, the superstar hit the headlines for her seemingly ‘responsible’ and broad stance on working in Bollywood in the future after the latest war between India and Pakistan, which led to a ban on Pakistani artists in India.
Mahira Khan lately attended a promotional event in New York where, during the interaction, a media person enquired about her collaboration in Bollywood in the future. She asked, “Where do you see yourself in the future when it comes to Bollywood? What do you think should be a direction of our Pakistani celebrities?”
