Mishi Khan questions Atif Aslam and Rahat Fateh Ali Khan silence over India’s aggression.
Renowned Pakistani actress Mishi Khan has lately questioned celebrated singers Atif Aslam and Rahat Fateh Ali Khan for keeping mum over India’s aggressive actions in the country, which have claimed the lives of many innocent civilians.
It is important to note here that Pakistani showbiz stars have strongly denounced India’s cowardly missile attacks in the night hours, which have specifically targeted the lives of civilians in six locations in the country, including Kotli, Bahawalpur, Muzaffarabad, Bagh, and Muridke, prompting a strong and swift response from the Pakistan Army.
India’s airstrikes in the country reportedly left eight civilians martyred and 33 injured; however, in retaliation, Pakistan shot down five enemy aircraft and also destroyed several Indian military posts along the LOC. India has also sent almost 30 Israeli-made drones to Pakistan, which were neutralized by the Pakistan Army.
However, in the latest round of events, Mishi Khan dropped a video of herself in which she can be seen criticising Atif Aslam and Rahat Fateh Ali Khan for not speaking up against India over their destruction in the country and showing solidarity with the nation.
Mentioning them in the video, the female star said, “ Hello, I just want to know, where are the singers Atif Aslam and Rahat Fateh Ali Khan, who represent the country in India? The country is in a miserable situation where more than 33 civilians have been killed by the Indian Army. Why are they not speaking a single word about it? Are you both sleeping?”
Taking a jibe at Rahat Fateh Ali Khan, Mishi said, “Maybe Rahat Fateh Ali Khan has drunk holy water (Dum wala pani).”
