The Surah Yaseen warns future generations not to dismiss Allah’s orders and follow them strictly.
At the start of Surah Yaseen, Allah reveals that Muhammad (SAW) is Allah’s Prophet, as the Makkans do not believe in Him. Allah ensures to all the individuals of the world that they will die one day, and angels register their deeds.
Everybody will answer for their deeds (either good or bad) on the Day of Judgement. Allah advises the Muslims to follow the Holy Prophet (SAW).
The Surah also describes the punishment of the previous ummah that did not obey their prophet or Nabi.
