LHC extends bail of Akbar Bugti’s widow. In a case against her for allegedly sharing immoral images of her daughter-in-law on social media, the Lahore High Court (LHC) Monday extended the interim bail of the widow of former governor of Balochistan Nawab Akbar Bugti.

Shahzadi Nargis went to the high court after her bail was denied by a sessions court. Her bail was extended till December 13 by the court.

As LHC extends bail of Akbar Bugti’s widow, the LHC bench orders a forensic examination of her voice and requested a report on the matter from the Punjab Forensic Science Agency (PFSA).

The mother is accused of spreading unpleasant images of her daughter-in-law on social media platforms, according to the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA).

Previously, a woman claiming to be the daughter-in-law of Baloch nationalist leader Nawab Akbar Bugti sent a video message from an unidentified location in which she expressed her dissatisfaction with Shahzwar Bugti’s death threats.

Wishah Abubakr said that Nawab Akbar Bugti’s youngest son Shahzwar Bugti was threatening her life and that she needed help from the authorities to apprehend him.

The woman claimed she was a victim of domestic violence and blackmail by Shahzwar Bugti, who she said used to inhumanely beat her and shoot her indecent images after forcing her to take narcotics.

Wishah Abubakr is Shahzwar Bugti’s wife.
