Putin takes Kim Jong Un on drive in Limousine.

A video featuring Russian President Vladimir Putin chauffeuring North Korean leader Kim Jong-un in a Russian-made Aurus limousine has captured significant attention on social media.

The video, initially broadcast by Russian state television, shows Putin driving the black armored Aurus, which is his official presidential vehicle, with Kim seated beside him.

As they navigate a scenic park, the two leaders engage in lively conversation and share laughter.

The drive wasn’t one-sided; both leaders took turns at the wheel, maintaining a lighthearted dialogue throughout the journey.

Following the drive, the video depicts Putin and Kim walking together, continuing their conversation along a forested path.

Reports reveal that Putin had previously gifted Kim an Aurus limousine in February, and has now presented him with another.

Kim, an avid car enthusiast, now owns at least two of these luxury vehicles.

Kim’s collection of high-end foreign cars, likely acquired through smuggling due to U.N.

Security Council sanctions against exporting luxury goods to North Korea, includes a Maybach limousine, multiple Mercedes-Benz models, a Rolls-Royce Phantom, and a Lexus SUV.

The Aurus Senat, designed with a nod to the Soviet-era ZIL limousines, is the official state car for the Russian president.

During Kim’s visit to Russia last September, Putin introduced him to one of these vehicles.

In a reciprocal gesture, Kim presented Putin with a pair of Pungsan dogs, a breed native to North Korea.

A segment on the state-run Korean Central Television on Thursday showed Kim and Putin admiring the dogs, which were tied to a rose-covered fence.

The two leaders also bonded over their mutual fondness for animals, with Kim feeding carrots to a horse while Putin gently patted its head.

Furthermore, the leaders formalized an agreement to enhance their military cooperation, including a mutual defense commitment. Kim Jong-un characterized the new relationship as an “alliance.”
