All 5 foreign nationals are safe in Karachi suicide attack.
Police authorities confirmed on Friday that all foreign nationals traveling in a vehicle targeted in a suicide attack in Landhi are safe and have been relocated to an undisclosed location.
Attack Details and Casualties:
According to officials speaking to The Asian Mirror, the incident occurred earlier today in Landhi’s Mansehra Colony, resulting in the deaths of two terrorists involved in the attack.
The targeted vehicle, carrying five foreign nationals, was attacked by terrorists on a motorcycle.
Recovered Weapons:
Police recovered a bag containing grenades and a Kalashnikov from the crime scene.
SSP Malir Tariq Mastoi confirmed that it was indeed a suicide attack.
Another vehicle was damaged in the explosion, and sounds of gunfire were reported.
Transfer of Injured and Nationality Uncertainty:
Injured individuals are being transported to a nearby hospital, although the nationality of the victims remains unconfirmed at this time.
Sources mentioned that the foreign nationals were employed in the export processing zone.
Hospital Updates:
As 5 foreign nationals are safe in Karachi suicide attack, meanwhile, officials at Jinnah Hospital informed The Asian Mirror that three injured individuals were admitted, with two in critical condition.
The injured were identified as Noor Muhammad, Langar Khan, and Salman Rafiq. Importantly, they confirmed that no foreign nationals were among the injured.
