State vows strong action against slander compaigners

The state has vowed to take strong measures against anyone participating in the slander campaign.

The announcement was made during a meeting of government spokespersons chaired by Prime Minister Imran Khan. The meeting focused on the current political environment as well as the Prime Minister’s visit to Russia.

The participants emphasized their determination to establish a zero-tolerance approach toward those who are smearing. Such individuals will face legal consequences. Cases will be brought in both Pakistani and British courts.

The group also discussed the upcoming trip to Russia, and the attendees were given information regarding the trip. The premier slammed previous governments for disregarding key concerns in his speech.

On the invitation of Russian President Vladimir Putin, Prime Minister Imran Khan will travel to Russia for a two-day formal visit on February 23-24. According to a statement from the Foreign Office, the Bilateral Summit will be the highlight of PM Imran Khan’s visit, which will be accompanied by a high-level delegation, including members of his cabinet.

The two leaders will evaluate the whole range of bilateral relations, including energy cooperation, during the summit meeting, according to the FO statement. “They will also have a wide-ranging exchange of ideas on significant regional and international topics, such as Islamophobia and the situation in Afghanistan,” according to the statement.

Pakistan and Russia have friendly ties based on mutual respect, trust, and agreement on a variety of international and regional issues. The prime minister’s visit will contribute to the growth of the complex Pakistan-Russia bilateral relationship and the expansion of mutual collaboration in a variety of fields, according to the statement.
