Imran Khan sold NA-56 ticket for 30 million. Sheikh Rashid Ahmed, the chief of Awami Muslim League (AML), has leveled serious allegations against Imran Khan, the founder of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), claiming that Khan sold his party’s ticket for the NA-56 constituency for a staggering Rs30 million.
A video circulating on social media captures Sheikh Rashid making these accusations from a hospital bed, where he is recuperating after being arrested in connection to a legal case.
The footage features Sheikh Rashid asserting that Imran Khan, the former Prime Minister, engaged in the sale of the NA-56 ticket for a substantial sum of Rs30 million to the PTI candidate Shehryar Riaz.
Despite the gravity of these allegations, Sheikh Rashid remains resolute, expressing confidence in his ability to secure victory in the upcoming elections from the contested constituency.

It is worth noting that Sheikh Rashid has officially submitted his nomination papers for both NA-56 and NA-57 in preparation for the general elections scheduled to be held on February 8.
This revelation comes at a time when the PTI is facing internal challenges, including the loss of its electoral symbol, the bat, due to alleged irregularities in intra-party elections.
Despite these setbacks, the PTI has nominated candidates for various constituencies, setting the stage for a closely watched electoral contest.
