The couple is receiving congratulations and well wishes from friends and admirers who are overjoyed about their engagement.
On the other hand, earlier, Farhan Saeed and Hania Aamir raised eyebrows as they walked the red carpet at a recent Canadian award show, whereas his wife Urwa Hocane appeared alone.
Several internet users were perplexed when the Punjab Nahi Jaungi actor arrived in a stunning traditional outfit without her husband, despite his presence at the event.
In contrast, the famous Mere Humsafar duo appeared in good spirits as they interacted with fans in social media videos.
“Why is Urwa not with Farhan?” one concerned fan asked on Instagram as another added, “So urwa and Farhan are no more together???”
“So Urwa and Farhan are officially separated both are in the same awards but Farhan makes an entry with Hania and urwa came all alone. Sigh,” another upset user commented.
One comment read, “Farhan does not look [sic] good with Hania but only with Urwa. How he can behave like this with Urwa? Soooo cheap and bad.”
Saeed and Hocane tied the in December 2016, however, a few years into their marriage, rumors of their split spread on the internet after they stopped making public appearances together.
Refuting the rumors of their breakup, Saeed told a local publication that he and Hocane are “alright,” adding, “Urwa and I have decided that we will not make our life very public.”
