Nawaz to address rally at Minar-e-Pakistan on Oct 21. Former interior minister and leader of the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N), Rana Sanaullah, announced on Tuesday that party leader Nawaz Sharif will speak to the public at Minar-e-Pakistan at 6 p.m. on October 21 shortly after arriving in the nation that day.
“Nawaz Sharif will arrive in Lahore on October 21 at 5:30 pm,” he said this while addressing a press conference in the Punjab provincial capital.
He said that Nawaz is joining the party at PML-N’s request and added that Pakistan needs an experienced leader to get the nation out of trouble.
Sanaullah insisted that Nawaz “neither went under the deal nor is coming back under any deal” in response to rumors about a deal.
Sanaullah claims that Nawaz’s legal team has finished the steps necessary to request protective bail from the court prior to his arrival.

The party had earlier declared that former prime minister Nawaz Sharif would be the only speaker at their public rally on October 21.
As Nawaz to address rally at Minar-e-Pakistan on Oct 21, the new strategy was developed after discussions among the party’s top officials, including Vice President Hamza Shehbaz, chief organizer of the PML-N Maryam Nawaz, and former Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, according to party sources.
Nawaz will be the only speaker at the event; Shehbaz, Maryam, and other party leaders had originally been scheduled to do the same.
Saiful Mulook Khokhar, the president of the PML-N in Lahore, will also make the opening remarks and thank the audience before Nawaz speaks, according to sources.
According to sources, Maryam, the chief organizer, suggested that Nawaz present a narrative to the PML-N workers in his address.
Prior to the upcoming elections, Shehbaz and Nawaz both made hints about their elder brothers’ impending return to Pakistan. Shehbaz will be in charge of the party’s political campaign.
On October 21, Nawaz Sharif will arrive in Pakistan, according to Shehbaz.
