Wrinkles put a stop to youthful appearances, and the actress advised beauty-conscious people to always cleanse and moisturize before going to bed. She also advised wearing sunscreen.

Minerals and, most crucially, water make up the human body. Although water is crucial for maintaining a youthful appearance, Mahnoor complements her diet as well.

Her beauty regimen also includes drinking plenty of water, taking health supplements, and working out for at least 30 minutes five days a week.

Some of the supplements she takes are Ester-C, alpha-lipoic acid, ashwagandha, magnesium, and salmon oil.

Lastly, making your diet, right is the opinion of the model if one aspires to look young.

“I’ve cut out sugar, wheat, and processed foods from my diet,” reveals Baloch.

Her morning consists of a vegetable omelet with yogurt and a brown rice roti, followed by a lunch of chicken and vegetables with brown rice roti or brown rice. She suggests cooking with coconut oil and eating quinoa.

Mahnoor Baloch is an American-born Canadian Pakistani actress, film director, and former model. Baloch made her television debut in 1993 with the drama serial Marvi aired on PTV. She is often praised by critics for her fitness and younger look on-screen.
