Pakistani 2 rupee coin sold on Ali Express for US $2.50. A user on the online retailer AliExpress is selling a 2-rupee Sikka (coin) for a hefty US $ 2.50 with a 10% discount!

This Pakistani 2-rupee coin, which has a net value of just 2 rupees, is being advertised as a rare and valuable item that has already generated a lot of buzz online.

To make matters nastier, the seller is also charging an extra dollar for shipping, which has many people puzzled. At this rate, we might as well use our coin box to pay off the IMF’s debt!

Because of its peculiarity and value, the delusional user claims that the 2-rupee Sikka is extremely rare and valuable.

However, a lot of users have been quick to point out that the coin was only produced in 2014, making it not even that old. Ironically, an Indian 5-rupee Sikka is worth less than a Pakistani 2-rupee coin.

Some users have even jokingly stated that they would rather use the money to purchase a half karahi or a Big Mac from McDonald’s rather than pay such a ridiculous valuation for a 2-rupee Sikka.

Despite the criticism, the seller is adamant that the coin is worth the asking price and has even offered to include a free magnifying glass to assist customers in viewing its alleged special features.

Whether anybody will actually accept the offer is yet to be determined, but this 2-rupee coin has undoubtedly raised some eyebrows in the online marketplace.
