ISLAMABAD: Farrukh Habib, the State Minister for Information and Broadcasting, has stated that the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has provided a complete record of foreign funding, whereas the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) is completely corrupt, and the PML-N wants judges of its own choice in the judiciary.
During his visit to Chiniot on Sunday, he told the media that Imran Khan was the only political leader who had revolutionised the political scene by documenting every pound donated by Pakistanis both inside and outside the country.
When comparing the PTI to other political parties, he said that the PPP had a history of corruption and billions of rupee transactions in the accounts of “Papar Wala” and “Falooday Wala,” which had now been thoroughly exposed.
He claimed that Prime Minister Imran had resolved to rid the country of the long-running corruption perpetrated by the PPP and the PML-N, respectively, for decades.
“These parties have failed to improve the system’s quality, and now they’re trying to pin the blame for their mistakes on the PTI, which is truly trying to serve the people.”
He claimed that so-called political commentators could not deceive the populace by criticising the PTI, which has implemented unprecedented systemic reforms to help people.
He argued that the PTI’s political opponents were attempting to put pressure on state institutions by publicly criticising them.
He stated that their storey of hiring judges had become public knowledge, and that now all state institutions were operating within their constitutional bounds.
He claimed that the judiciary and other institutions would no longer assist them in usurping power through destabilising techniques. He criticised the disclosure of Maryam Nawaz’s audiotape, saying it revealed her fascist mentality.
