Russian illegal care home catches fire; 20 dead

According to Russian authorities, a fire that engulfed an aged care facility in the Siberian city of Kemerovo has claimed at least 20 lives.

Six more people suffered injuries. The midnight fire completely destroyed the top floor of the two-story timber structure.
