Police reveals pictures of attackers involved in attack on PML-N Bilal Yasin

LAHORE: Pictures of the attackers in the shooting of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz MPA Bilal Yasin have been revealed, which is a significant milestone in the case.

According to the details, one of the attackers wore a green jacket while the other wore a black one. Furthermore, the armed assailants wore scarves around their faces.

The perpetrators removed their muffler scarves at a distance from the murder site, according to CCTV footage retrieved by police.

The camera deployed by the Safe City Authority roughly 50 metres from the scene turned out to be malfunctioning, according to police officials. The accused’s photographs have been transmitted to the NADRA headquarters for identification purposes.

Earlier, authorities discovered a pistol used in the attempted killing of Bilal Yassin. At the Data Darbar police station, a report of assault has been filed. The pistol fell from the accused’s hands when they were fleeing, according to the police.

According to the authorities, “no registration number detected on the firearm, which may have been removed from the pistol.” Officials speculated that fingerprints left on the weapon could help identify the perpetrators in a forensic lab.

Bilal Yasin was injured in a gun attack in Lahore on Friday night by unidentified gunmen.
