In the midst of her conflict with her father Billy Ray Cyrus, Miley Cyrus went on a romantic date with boyfriend Maxx Morando.

After celebrating her 30th birthday, the Party in the USA singer was photographed leaving a restaurant in Malibu with the drummer.

The pop star was wearing colourful pants and a white t-shirt with a simple collar as she walked to the car. She appeared happy.

Cyrus accented her appearance with a choker and black sunglasses, and she wore her blonde hair up in a sloppy bun.

Morando followed Cyrus into the room wearing a white t-shirt, a green shirt with stiches, and navy dress pants.

This is in light of reports that Cyrus has stopped speaking to her father since he divorcéed her mother Tish Cyrus and started dating Firerose.
