Cristiano Ronaldo has vaulted to the top of Instagram’s yearly rich list of celebrities who may charge the most for a sponsored post, with the ability to command up to $1.6 million (PKR 36 Crore) to promote a product on social media.

In a list that also includes actor-wrestler Dwayne “the Rock” Johnson and singer Ariana Grande, the Portugal captain, who ruffled the Euro 2020 sponsor Coca-Cola by hiding its drinks from view at a post-match press conference, has been named king of the influencers.
