Highest-Ever Crowd Attendance during England, Pakistan series
As seen by the record-breaking attendance at the Lahore leg of the T20I series at Gaddafi Stadium, England’s tour of Pakistan was a huge success.
Cricket fans were thrilled to see England visit Pakistan after a 17-year absence, as they broke the record for the biggest crowd ever to witness a T20I series in Pakistan. At National Stadium Karachi, the first four games of the series were played in front of 126,550 fans.
There were no open seats at Gaddafi Stadium, but all four games at the National Stadium were sold out. The final three games, including the series-deciding game, were played in Lahore, where there was a record-breaking fan turnout. The Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore recorded a 99.4% audience attendance rate.
At Gaddafi Stadium for the sixth game of the series, there were 21,076 spectators in comparison to 20,969 for the fifth game. 21,100 individuals attended the series finale at the Gaddafi Stadium.

The historic series attracted 189,595 people in total, setting a Pakistani record for the most attendance for a cricket series.
