Humayun Saeed shares his “wrinkle-free skin” secret at 50
In a recent interview with the “FWhy Podcast,” superstar Humayun Saeed revealed some details about his youthful skin and physical fitness. The Dillagi actor revealed the secret to his wrinkle-free, youthful skin.
“I was working with an actress in London (The Crown), and there she asked me that what do you do with your face as you have a wrinkle-free complexion as she was younger than me and she had wrinkles on her face,” he recalled. I believe that one of the reasons I maintain a youthful appearance is because I eat a lot and don’t like to diet a lot.
“I jog, but I prefer cardio over weight lifting, which undoubtedly improves my health,” the Bin Roye hero continued. I absolutely oppose doing the heavy lifting.
When we reached the point where I had to make difficult choices, he recalled, “I started crying, wondering what will happen if she ends up marrying someone else.” “My parents didn’t agree either; they believed that I wasn’t the right age, but we stood our ground. And it turned out to be the right choice. Saeed praised the partner, saying, “The strong woman that she is, she helped me through life and work.”
Later in the talk, the actor recalled Samina initially being anxious about his job and on-screen relationships with female actresses, adding that she later befriended most of them and got along well.
“She realized they were all good folks. All of her fears went away. She’d bring food to the sets and talk to everyone,” he joked. In addition, Saeed addressed a long-standing rumor that he was dating another woman while Samina was in his life. There wasn’t another girl in the sense that I didn’t formally go on dates with her, he clarified.
We spoke on calls and occasionally met at weddings, he continued. I intended to meet with her and tell her all about Samina, but when she found out, Samina offered me an ultimatum. It ended there.

For those who are unaware, Saeed wed the producer Samina in 1995, and the two have since become one of the most influential couples in the business.
Saeed further disclosed during the chat that he had no plans for marriage until he met Samina and made the decision to go through with it despite the reservations of his family and friends.
On the professional front, Humayun just finished shooting the hugely successful movie London Nahi Jaunga, which also stars Mehwish Hayat and Kubra Khan.
