Moses Bangura quit his comfortable life in the church and converted to Islam. He was not your typical Christian; in fact, both his father and brother are church pastors! Moses was a skilled evangelist priest who had the power to convert many people. He was told that he could force anyone to adopt a different religion.
All of his life, he had preached against Islam, but one fateful night, he had a dream in which he heard: “Young man, why are you calling people away from the light and into darkness? Why won’t you enter the light? This is an alert.
Because he was a prominent priest, another priest informed him that a demon had attempted to destroy his mind. Moses was not satisfied with this explanation, so he went to a mosque and asked an imam the same question. This time, he was satisfied with the response, which convinced him to convert to Islam and caused him to change his name from Moses to Ms.
The priests were taken aback when they encountered Ms. Bangura. He wore a Muslim-style clothing and had his hair chopped. He informed them that he had recently converted to Islam and was now a practising Muslim.
As he began his Da’wah activities and helped many people become Muslims, including 650 priests and their congregations, Ms. made rapid advancements in his Islamic studies.
