Dera Ismail Khan Police here on Thursday arrested 4 Afghans traveling without travel documents and registered a case under the Foreign Act, Police Official said.
A Police Official said, Dera Town Police stopped four persons who were Afghan Nationals at the blockade at Khutti Check Post for the purpose of search, Police asked them for legal documents of stay and travel in Pakistan, on which the said Afghan citizen could not produced passport, visa or any legal document of stay and travel in Pakistan.
The Police arrested the four accused identified as Naimatullah son of Shahzad, Jhanju son of Muhammad Anwar, Sahib son of Shahbaz, Murad son of Shahbaz, all residents of Afghanistan.
The Dera town Police registered a case against them under 14 Foreign Act.
