Federal Information Minister Marriyum Aurangzeb criticized Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf by stating that the PTI has been declared a foreign-funded party under the Political Party Order, 2002 and that its leader has submitted a false affidavit.
In response to Fawad Chaudhry’s statement, the minister stated on Sunday that the Election Commission of Pakistan had declared the PTI to be a foreign-funded party in accordance with the Political Party Order, 2002. She said that the ECP stated in its verdict that Imran Khan submitted a false affidavit regarding party funding five years ago.
“The verdict has been rendered. The government is obeying the law. In the past eight years, the PTI has not responded to questions regarding its finances. “However, there is no longer a need for answers as the foreign funding case against the party has been proven,” she maintained.
She attacked Fawad, asserting that the PTI leaders were now fabricating countless falsehoods. She added: Why didn’t they tell the commission?
Ms. Aurangzeb believed that Imran falsely implicated Rana Sanaullah in a 20 kilogramme heroin case because he feared the interior minister. She stated that Imran fled to Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on May 25 out of fear of Sanaullah.
She advised Fawad not to cross the line, using his phrase “caution is a virtue.”
Earlier today, Fawad Ch tweeted the following message to Rana Sanaullah: “Rana Sahib, do not forget your position; you are merely the SHO of the Kohsar police station. And the tables could turn. We can see how courageous you are by the fact that you have not visited Faisalabad since the change in government. Anyway, prudence is a virtue.”
