The disobedient son, a police constable, tortured and evicted his parents in order to obtain possession of a two-marla house in Bahawalpur.
Tanveer Akhtar, a police constable, evicted the elderly parents from the house following the violence, The Asian Mirror reported.
The distraught parents rushed to the Bahawalpur Press Club for assistance, telling reporters that their disobedient son Tanveer is a police constable and has threatened to kill them for stealing their home.
Bashir Ahmad, the policeman’s father, claimed he tortured them for occupying a 2.5 marla house in the city.
The policeman’s parents have urged the Punjab police’s higher authorities to take notice of the situation and save their son’s life.
They also stated that Tanveer, a police constable, is currently assigned to the Civil Line police station.
