Following a boost in the Pakistani dollar rate on Wednesday, gold prices in Pakistan increased by Rs2500 per tola.
The All Sindh Sarafa Jewellers Association (ASSJA), according to the 24News HD TV channel, has stated that the price of 24 Karat pure gold has been fixed at Rs1,52,500 per tola.
According to the association, the price of 10 grammes of 24-carat gold has risen by Rs2143 to Rs1,30,315.
On the international market, the yellow metal’s price was raised by $5 per ounce to settle at $1,721.
