Our only demand is general elections, says Shibli Faraz.
Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Shibli Faraz, the leaders of the Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) came to power only to erase their ‘black deeds’ and obtain NRO.
He stated that the PTI and Imran Khan had a single agenda, which was to uphold the rule of law and strengthen institutions through reforms.
He also stated that the current rulers could no longer be tolerated because they had brought the country to the level of Sri Lanka.
“We have only one demand. We want general elections in the country so that the country could be brought out of the current crisis,” he demanded.
According to Shibli Faraz rigging local body elections is not that easy for them as they have hatched plan only to rig general elections.

Meanwhile, another PTI leader Fawad Chaudhry said while talking to media outside the apex court that the government in Pakistan was not accepting the Supreme Court of Pakistan.
“This is, I believe, a very big constitutional crisis in the country which has shaken the constitutional foundations of Pakistan,” he said and sought action against it.
“What is the real problem in Pakistan? The real problem is that a crisis occurs when you do not accept the public decision,” he pointed out.
“Imran Khan was elected as the prime minister by the people of Pakistan? Why was a conspiracy hatched against him? All the characters, involved in the conspiracy against him, are sorry today,” he stated.
