PML-N rejects allegations of propaganda about institutions

The claim of propagandizing against institutions has been disputed by Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N), which regards institutions, particularly the judiciary, with deep respect.

Azam Nazeer Tarar, the federal law minister, and Atta Tarar, the Punjab home minister, spoke together at a press conference on Sunday in Lahore.

The Supreme Court was compelled by Federal Minister Azam’s request that the Article 63A Revision application be handled concurrently with the challenge to Hamza Shehbaz’s appointment as Punjab Chief Minister.

The fundamental issue, according to him, is how Article 63A is interpreted. He stated that there should be a choice between setting up a complete court or a larger bench.

The Supreme Court’s rulings between 2015 and 2018 are available in this regard, according to Azam Nazir Tarar.

This time, Punjab Minister Atta Tarar claimed that a five-member bench had disqualified 25 votes from his party.

The Punjab Minister said that Hamza Shahbaz had won a majority of the vote, but Fawad Chaudhry of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) is contesting the results.

Everyone, according to Atta Tarar, is aware of the source of funding; before to the petition, no one even knew the Quaid League’s legislative leader’s identity.
