On Saturday, Pakistan Ambassador to the United States Masood Khan met with US President Joe Biden in the Oval House.
The Pakistani envoy described his meeting with US Vice President Joe Biden as an honor. Both the United States and Pakistan have pledged to deepen their relations as they celebrate their 75th anniversary.
On February 6, 2022, the Biden administration accepted the selection of Sardar Masood Khan as Pakistan’s ambassador to the United States.
Khan previously served as Pakistan’s permanent representative to the UN and as its ambassador to China. Asad Majeed Khan, Pakistan’s envoy to Washington, succeeded by him.
