On Saturday, a passenger vehicle collided with a trailer near Khanpur, killing two people.
Four other persons were hurt in the crash and were taken to a hospital for treatment. The incident occurred near the Zahir Pir Interchange on the CPEC Road.
The injured were taken to THQ in Khanpur.
According to rescue officials, the accident was caused by overspeeding. The passenger van was on its way from Zahir Zahir Pir to Karachi.
