National and international airlines have increased their fares by up to 50%, making air travel even more expensive.

Fuel prices have skyrocketed due to the relentless rise in the value of the dollar and the free decline of the Pakistani currency. Airlines that purchase expensive gasoline have opted to raise their fares as well.

The prices of international and domestic airlines’ tickets have risen dramatically out of nowhere.

Tickets to the United Kingdom, European countries, Turkey, and a number of other exotic places have increased by 50%.

Domestic air tickets, too, could not escape the price surge frenzy, increasing by Rs 28,000 to Rs 30,000 for all flights between Karachi and Lahore and Islamabad.
