In Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP), the political landscape has become increasingly charged as Governor Faisal Karim Kundi and Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur engage in a war of words, with each issuing stern warnings to the other regarding the Governor House and the future governance of the province.

Governor’s Warning:

Governor Kundi, speaking at a recent ceremony, cautioned CM Gandapur against any attempts to claim the Governor House, emphasizing his dedication to serving the people and fostering development in the region.

“You have become the Chief Minister, now serve the people and work for their welfare”.

He rebuked his political adversaries for spreading rumors and challenged them to come forward, asserting his readiness to confront them.

“If you try to occupy the Governor House, come and try it, but you will be dragged through the streets.”

Chief Minister’s Response:

In response, CM Gandapur issued a firm warning against the imposition of governor Raj, vowing to resist any disruptive tactics aimed at derailing progress in the province.

He expressed his determination to uphold his position and asserted that any attempt to seize the Governor House would be met with opposition.

“I will not remain silent for the chief minister’s seat, and if governor Raj is imposed, we will take over the governor’s house,” Gandapur said.
