Sehaj Arora and Gurpreet Kaur, a couple of Punjabi descent, became embroiled in controversy after an explicit video of them appeared online.
Arora and Kaur recently became parents, but their joy was swiftly overshadowed by a purported video showing the couple in a derogatory setting.
After the video became viral, Arora came out and said the incident was the result of an extortion attempt and that the footage had been “morphed.”
Taking to his Instagram handle on September 21, Arora shared, “You may have come across a video of us. It is completely fake. The reason behind its circulation is that 15 days ago, we got a message on Instagram about an extortion bid along with the video.”
Arora then detailed how the threat was brushed off and handed over to the police. “The miscreant claimed they would make a video viral if the demand was not met. But we did not give in to the demand and reported the incident to the police.”
Narrating how the incident unfolded, the victim said, “A home where there should be celebrations, is now engulfed in distress and sorrow.”
Appealing to the public to respect the couple’s privacy, Arora requested, “In the meantime, the video was made viral. It’s fake and probably been made using artificial intelligence.”

The well-known Indian YouTuber Karan Dutta was also accused of promoting the fake film by the Kulhad Pizza vlogger. Dutta responded by denying all misconduct.
Social media users condemned the act as disgraceful and distressing as soon as the occurrence came to light and offered the couple support during this difficult time.
The young couple, who are from Jalandhar in Punjab, became well-known in 2022 after a video of them selling pizzas on social media went viral.
They now have 900,000 loyal fans. The pair posted a video on their Facebook profile on September 19, 2023, announcing their pregnancy.
For creating an original pizza concept and selling it in kulhads on a Jalandhar street in Punjab, Sehaj Arora and his wife rose to fame.
Social media users were very interested in their films that showed how to make pizza, and in these videos the pair also told their own love story that led to marriage.
