He also expressed his emotions when asked about actress Sana Khan and Mufti Anas’ decision to name their baby Tariq Jamil.

Maulana expressed his gratitude, recalling that he was the couple’s point of contact. He stated that wisdom always comes from Allah Almighty and that individuals are just a source of inspiration in someone’s spiritual journey. “I consider myself fortunate that this source for Sana Khan was me,” he remarked.

Maualana Tariq Jamil revealed that the couple had contacted him and expressed their wish to name their son after him. “I replied that I would be happy if they go for it,” he said.
Earlier, renowned Islamic scholar Maulana Tariq Jamil was rushed to a hospital in Canada after he suffered a heart attack.
His son Yousaf Jamil confirmed it on Twitter while pleading with followers to pray for a quick recovery for his father’s health. The 69-year-old Islamic preacher’s condition, according to him, is stable.
As the development about his health was shared on social media, people wished him a speedy recovery.
A user wrote, “May Allah Grant Maulana sahib speedy recovery. I was planning to visit Toronto to meet him and attend RIS this weekend but due to weather was not able to”.
